Mandy Arnold is president and chief executive officer of Gavin, a leading boutique branding and communications agency serving regional and national clients.
Through marketing and communications strategies, she has led positive and important changes for her clients in community planning and public health efforts.
Previously, Mandy was board president of Downtown Inc., where she continues to volunteer. She is a member of the HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College's York Campus Advisory Board.
